How do I sign in?

Visit our home page and click on "My Account" at the top right hand corner. Then, under "Sign In Here" enter your Username and Password.

How do I create an account to register as a member?

Visit our home page and click on "My Account" at the top right hand corner. Under "Register Here" click on “Create a New Account”. Fill in your information, and click "Submit".

What are the benefits for registered members?

You will receive newsletters with updates of our latest specials and promotions exclusively for registered members, and you will have access to our Free Reminder Service.

Is there a fee associated with being a member?

You will not have to pay a fee to become a registered member or to remain a registered member.

How do I order custom Foldacards for business, wedding, baby, and other occasions?

We offer many ways for you to create custom Foldacards. Visit our home page and click on "Custom" on the gray main toolbar. When you get to the "Custom" page, click on the links under the left "Custom" column entitled "Business", "Personal", "Design", and "Printing" for all the details.

Do you assist in designing Foldacards?

We can assist you in designing your Foldacards from start to finish, or help you fine-tune your ideas. To find out more, visit our home page and click on "Custom" on the gray main toolbar. When you get to "Custom" page, click on "Design" on the left column.

Do you offer environmentally friendly paper choices?

Yes, most of our lines are made with recycled and tree-free papers. Our "green" collection features recycled ecru sugarcane confetti, light creme textured and natural white textured paper choices.

Am I responsible for the correctness of my custom order?

You will be completely responsible for the correctness of any and all details associated with your custom order.

Do you have specifications for submitting my logo, photos, and other artwork?

Yes.

How do I enter my information for the Free Reminder Service?

Visit our home page and click on "Reminder Service" on the right side of the gray main toolbar. Enter your information under the three columns entitled "Recipient Name", "Occasion", and "Date". Then, click on "Send This Form".

For the Free Reminder Service, how do I add more, delete, or edit my information?

When you are on the "Reminder Service" page, click on the "Add More" button under the "Date" column to create the number of additional rows you need.

How may I pay for my order?

You may pay for your order using PayPal (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express).

What shipping options do you offer?

You may select from several different shipping options for your purchased products.

Do you place mailing labels on Foldacards?

For custom orders over $200, we will print your return address on clear labels, and send you the sheets of labels for you to peel and stick them on your custom Foldacards.
