By accessing, browsing, or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We may change these Terms and Conditions, and we will post any changes in the form of a revised draft on the Website. You will be deemed to have agreed to such changes by continuing to use it. By using any service you agree to be bound by them, and acknowledge that you have reviewed all rules for the particular service. Other trade names, logos, graphics, marks, and typefaces appearing it may also be trademarks, service marks or trade dress of TC, and all other trademarks appearing on the Website are the property of their owners. The Website may include errors, inaccuracies, and materials that conflict with or violate these Terms and Conditions. TC and other third party providers cannot guarantee its absolute completeness, correctness, or security, or that access to it will be uninterrupted, while we try to maintain its operation, security, and integrity. TC does not endorse and is not responsible for the reliability or accuracy of any statement on it, any damages or injury arising out of the ability or inability to use it, or any failure of performance of it. Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Website must be filed within one year after such claim or cause of action arose or it will no longer exist as a claim or cause. We may terminate your use of the Website at any time, and delete or deactivate your username and password, and all related files and information associated with it, and/or prevent any further access to such files and information. Also, we do not have to furnish these files and information to you after termination, and we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Website.

Creating An Account

When you decide to become a Member of the Website, you agree to provide complete, current, and accurate information about yourself, and to upgrade and maintain your information. You may change, update, review, and correct your membership information by visiting the My Account section of the Website. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership If any information you provided is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete. You will be asked to select a username and password as part of the membership process. You may not choose a username that is or may be illegal, impersonates someone else, is or may be protected by trademark or other proprietary rights, may cause confusion, or is vulgar or otherwise offensive. We reserve the right to reject any username. You shall not resell or transfer your access to or use of the Website or allow anyone else whose membership or account was terminated or suspended to use the Website through My Account, username or password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for any and all activities, such as purchases, that are conducted through My Account. Personal Information, and any other information which can be used to identify a specific individual, such as a name, email address, telephone number, or postal address, which is posted on the Website may be accessible to other Members including people you may not know. By entering this information on the Website, Members may receive unsolicited e-mail or "spam". Regarding information that you voluntarily make public through any part of the Website, TC has no control over, and shall have no liability for, any damages resulting from, the use or misuse of it by any third party.

You also may not hack or deface any portion of the Website. You may not mirror or frame any part of the Website without our prior written consent, or store and download Website content to create a database.

If you wish to purchase any product or service, you may be asked to supply certain information for your purchase, such as your shipping information, billing address, credit card number, and its expiration date. By using any method of payment, you warrant and represent that you are legally using it. TC has the right to verify information prior to the completion of your purchase. From time to time, we may offer contests and promotions on the Website. Each of these activities may have their own specific rules that can be found on the pages of the Website offering the promotion. These pages are separate from these Terms and Conditions.
